Rockets is the beginner gymnastics class at Galaxy Gymnastics in Salisbury, MD for ages 6 to 12, and it assumes no prior experience. Gymnasts start with the most basic skills — including simply getting on and off the equipment — and build from there.
Rockets is our beginner class for ages 7+. Rockets is a class for children who have never done gymnastics before. In this class, they will learn very basic skills which can include just getting on and off our equipment.
They are not expected to have any knowledge or be familiar with any skills before they come to class.
